Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations and general administrative tasks.
- Keep filing systems organized and ensure documents are properly stored.
- Prepare and handle office letters, emails, and reports.
- Assist with data entry and other general admin duties as needed.
- Follow office procedures and company policies.
- Work with other departments to provide admin support when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Good organizational skills and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
