  • Write and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, and conferences.
  • Write research proposals and apply for grants to secure funding for research projects.
  • Supervise and mentor PhD and other postgraduate students on their research projects and dissertations.

Administration and service

  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic governance.
  • Fulfill administrative duties, such as student admissions and program management.
  • Provide pastoral care and academic advising to students.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes for academic programs.
  • Maintain professional development and stay current with developments in the field.
  • Develop links with external organizations and professional bodies.
