Job Description:

  • Daily attendance taking and reporting.
  • Monthly Performance Evaluation form printing and preparation.
  • Ensure job orders is input accurately and in timely manner, updated in the specified calendar.
  • Ensure Production Record & Product Kanban is printed accordingly to the schedule plan.
  • Ensure visualization information is being updated as per scheduled.
  • Perform personal hygiene, process and product inspection and ensure the compliance of SOP. Report nonconformity and resolve the issues with executives and supervisors.
  • Perform Production Record checking, record the variances and communicate with process owner for correction and discuss for corrective action.
  • Perform plant cleanliness and maintenance inspection. Communicate the nonconformity with related personnel for action to be taken.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry as per scheduled.
  • Ensure the required records are collected & verified by related personnel in timely manner.
  • Execute other assigned duties related to the Department.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Competent in production processes
