Below are details of the expected job scopes:

1. Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (including biopsychosocial evaluations) for a diverse caseload
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through standardized outcome measures and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines while fostering a safe, empathetic, and motivating therapeutic environment.

2. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) with daily session updates.
• Manage clinic inventory: Order consumables (electrodes, resistance bands) and track expiry dates.
• Conduct monthly safety audits for rehabilitation equipment (treadmills, electrotherapy units).

• Generate monthly reports:

• Patient outcome metrics (functional improvement rates)

• Billing accuracy and revenue tracking
• Equipment maintenance logs

3. Community Involvement & Promotion:

• Health Events Participation:

• Represent the centre at health fairs, corporate wellness days, roadshows and community festivals.

• Conduct free posture screenings or injury prevention workshops.

• · Educational Outreach:

• Develop patient education materials (brochures/videos) on topics like:

  • "Office Ergonomics for Desk Workers"
  • "Post-Surgery Rehabilitation Protocols"
  • "Managing Arthritis Through Physiotherapy"
  • Lead quarterly community seminars at local gyms/senior centres.
  • · Digital Engagement:

• Create content for the centre's social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook) showcasing:

  • Patient success stories (with consent)
  • "Behind-the-Scenes" therapy techniques
  • Live Q&A sessions on musculoskeletal health
  • · Partnership Development:

• Establish referral networks with:

  • Gyms and sports clubs
  • Corporate HR departments (for workplace ergonomic programs)
  • Geriatric care facilities
  • o Distribute promotional materials to local GP clinics and pharmacies.
