Job Description
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships and drive service and sales growth.
• Manage sales targets, account performance, and payment collections for assigned customers.
• Prepare and present reports on sales results, stock movements, and pricing updates to the Sales General Manager.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to supply, quality, and product applications.
• Oversee stock management, including product movement, disposal, and sales forecasting to support efficient account operations.
• Monitor market pricing trends and competitor activities, providing timely updates to the Sales General Manager.
• Promote products based on customers' engineering and technical requirements, including supporting trial runs and product development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of all required documentation and reports.
• Maintain organised records of customer interactions, contracts, and account information in line with company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management as required.
Job Requirements
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
• Experience in Automotive, Steel, Metal, Hardware, Industrial Engineering, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B account management.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships.
