Job Description

  • Responsible in the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee welfare.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
  • Handle onboarding processes: prepare offer letters, employment contracts, forms, and conduct orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, update UBS system, and ensure all employee information is accurate and confidential.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation (attendance checking, overtime, allowances, deductions, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Manage staff leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance matters.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, and notices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Business Studies/Administration Management.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR related field.

3. Able to work in a team.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

5. Required language(s): English, Malay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
