Assistant Manager

1) Tujuan & Skop
Memastikan setiap cawangan beroperasi mengikut standard EXCOLOUR melalui kawalan rekrutmen, latihan, operasi harian, KPI jualan, budaya kerja dan pengurusan stok.
2) Rekrutmen & Iklan Jawatan
- Menyediakan iklan jawatan dan tapis calon dalam platform disediakan
- Mengatur dan menjalankan saringan awal calon sebelum temuduga lanjut
- Memastikan calon yang dipilih memenuhi syarat kompetensi & budaya syarikat
3) Penjadualan Pelanggan & Sokongan Cawangan
- Membantu cawangan dalam pengurusan jadual pelanggan terutama waktu puncak
- Menangani perubahan tempahan atau isu pelanggan dengan cepat
- Menyokong operasi jika berlaku kekurangan staf
4) Onboarding & Latihan
- Mengurus orientasi pekerja baharu mengikut SOP
- Menyampaikan latihan asas servis, sistem dan customer handling
- Memantau kemajuan staf sehingga capai tahap kompeten
5) Briefing Budaya & Buku Panduan
- Menyampaikan budaya EXCOLOUR secara jelas dan konsisten
- Memastikan staf memahami polisi dalam buku panduan syarikat
- Membuat reminder berkala untuk mengekalkan disiplin dan etika kerja
6) Operasi Harian & Komunikasi
- Memastikan kedai dibuka, ditutup dan berjalan lancar mengikut SOP
- Pantau kehadiran, cuti dan sikap kerja staf
- Menjadi penghubung antara cawangan dan pihak pengurusan
7) Jualan, KPI & Laporan
- Memantau pencapaian jualan harian, mingguan dan bulanan
- Mendorong upsell dan strategi tarik pelanggan baru serta repeat customer
- Menyediakan laporan KPI kepada syarikat secara tepat waktu
8) Kawalan Stok
- Memastikan stok mencukupi dan membuat order bila perlu
- Memantau penggunaan produk agar tidak berlaku pembaziran
- Mengurus stock take dan rekod keluar masuk produk
9) Pengagihan Cawangan & Jadual
- Menyusun jadual staf berdasarkan keperluan setiap cawangan
- Menyusun penempatan staf sementara jika berlaku kecemasan
- Memastikan tenaga kerja optimum setiap hari operasi
10) Gaji, Disiplin & Dokumen
- Mengumpul data kehadiran dan komisen untuk proses gaji
- Mengurus tindakan disiplin awal mengikut panduan syarikat
- Menyimpan rekod HR cawangan dengan teratur dan sulit
Kelayakan
- Perempuan
- Umur: 25 – 30 tahun
- Pengalaman: 2 – 3 tahun sebagai Manager atau pernah mengendalikan pasukan (team)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
