About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account & Administration Assistant Manager to join our team at UYEMURA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in our Pasir Gudang, Johor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of our organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient business processes.

Job Description

  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as Purchase order, Payroll, Time Management System monitoring, annual leave / medical leave monitoring, cleanliness monitoring and others.
  • Responsible for full set of account, including AR & AP, transaction posting into Accounting System, Fixed Assets Register monitoring, Bank reconciliation, cash flow control, costing report, tax computation and others.
  • Liaising with government officer and external auditor.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintain proper filling and record system.
  • Knowledge in AutoCount accounting software is an advantage.
  • Responsible in corporate related exercise and initiatives.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as and when assigned (from time to time).

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Required skill (s) : Basic computer skills : MS Word & Excel.
  • Required Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Honest, responsible, hardworking and self disciplined.
  • Preferably Chinese candidate better workflow efficiency.
