Job description:

  • Manage applications, registrations, and submissions related to all company operations.
  • Organize and document company information both online and offline.
  • Prepare memos, notices, quotations, invoices, offer letters, agreements, and any official correspondence using the company's standard formats and templates.
  • Monitor petty cash and manage official company receipts in collaboration with the appointed company accountant.
  • Prepare official written reports and daily online reports to update on the company's operational status from time to time.
  • Supervise and maintain basic office cleanliness.
  • Publish and promote job vacancies through designated platforms.
  • Record meeting minutes online using Google Notes.
  • Manage the company's email and other official communication platforms.
  • Handle operational matters involving third parties such as banks, EPF, SOCSO, consultants, vendors, landlords, logistics providers, or any other relevant parties.
