About the Role

Are you passionate about maritime operations and vessel management? Join us as an Operation Executive and play a key role in ensuring smooth voyage execution, cost optimization, and stakeholder coordination.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Act as the Owner's Representative and Ship Broker, managing both commercial and operational aspects of vessel deployment.
  • Liaise with charterers, brokers, ship masters, technical managers, and port agents to ensure optimal voyage execution.
  • Oversee daily vessel operations, including voyage planning, bunker coordination, document handling, and cost monitoring.
  • Ensure contractual compliance, timely data entry in SAP, and accurate processing of purchase orders and demurrage invoices.
  • Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and port disbursement accounts to optimize operational costs.
  • Manage risk related to bills of lading, cargo discharge, and charter party terms.
  • Negotiate with port agents and ensure best customer service to charterers.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in vessel operations, chartering, or shipbroking.
  • Familiarity with Charter Party terms, freight market trends, and voyage documentation.
  • Ability to handle operational volatility, crisis management, and dual-role responsibilities.
