Role Description

  • Responsible for managing daily operations, analyzing operations data and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Responsible in reviewing and assessing Letter Of Award/Purchase Order/Service Order/Contract issued by client and provide necessary feedback to operation manager.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare project documentation including work schedules, quality plans, and progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Have diploma/degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • A highly effective communicator with proven presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
