Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Officer to lead our Health, Safety & Environment initiatives and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a valid Green Book, and proven experience in manufacturing safety operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance in line with OSHA, FMA, and other local regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and develop corrective & preventive measures.
  • Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Maintain HSE documentation and liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., DOSH, DOE).
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Valid Green Book registered with DOSH.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
