About Kaharo Jewels

Kaharo Jewels is a well-established jeweler known for quality craftsmanship and excellent service. As we expand with our new outlet in Shah Alam, we are seeking Sales Advisor cum Live Host to strengthen our team.

This role combines in-store sales with social media live hosting, making it ideal for candidates who are both customer-focused and comfortable engaging with audiences online.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional assistance to walk-in customers in selecting jewelry.
  • Host daily Facebook and TikTok live sessions to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
  • Handle inquiries from customers both in-store and online.
  • Deliver confident and engaging product presentations during live broadcasts.
  • Support the outlet in achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure cleanliness and attractive product displays at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable presenting on camera.
  • Eager to learn about gold jewelry and retail sales.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Retail or live hosting experience is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Melayan pelanggan yang hadir dan memberi cadangan barangan kemas sesuai.
  • Mengendalikan sesi Facebook & TikTok Live untuk mempromosikan koleksi dan tawaran terkini.
  • Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan di kedai dan atas talian.
  • Membuat persembahan produk dengan menarik dan meyakinkan ketika siaran langsung.
  • Menyumbang kepada pencapaian sasaran jualan kedai.
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan susun atur produk dalam kedai.

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Personaliti mesra, yakin, dan selesa bercakap di depan kamera.
  • Berminat mempelajari tentang emas dan jualan runcit.
  • Sanggup bekerja syif, termasuk hujung minggu & cuti umum.
  • Pengalaman dalam jualan atau siaran langsung adalah kelebihan.
