About the role:

Ryt Bank is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic BI Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring interns to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will not merely dance with the ethereal tendrils of data but entwine them into an architectural ballet that reverberates through the corridors of fintech dominion. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and develop essential skills for a successful career in the Business Intelligence team.

What you'll do:

  • To design, develop, and optimize scalable analytics and data reporting implementation to help business navigate decisions.
  • Work independently, resourcefully while also being a good team player.
  • Develop and manage BI solutions such as data models and dashboards to support data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for KPIs and reports for departmental and organization-wide performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across organizations to understand analytics needs.
  • Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to discover insights that support business growth.
  • Develop and provide reports, visualizations, and presentation to communicate strategic findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for processes and strategies improvement with data driven insights.
  • Maintaining documentation on business requirements, design, and user manual for organization.
  • Supporting overall Business Intelligence strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Familiarity with financial and banking products.
  • Strong command in SQL and simple analytics tools such as Excel.
  • Experience building data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik to create visualization and reports.
  • Understanding data storytelling concept.
  • Collaborating with a diverse set of engineers, data scientists and product managers.
  • Familiarity with data science techniques and frameworks
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
