About the Role

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex data sets, developing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends to support business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical thinking, proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build cutting-edge BI solutions with SQL, Python, and tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Create and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports for business impact.
  • Analyze complex data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored BI solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and streamline processes through automation.
  • Manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years in BI, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Finance or business analysis experience is a plus.
