· Responsible for receiving goods from suppliers, storing and distributing items, including physical inspection of product quality, quantity, and expiry dates of all materials.

· Inspect incoming or outgoing goods by methods such as counting, measuring, weighing, issuing and requisitioning items.

·     Issue the materials to the user departments on receipt of stock issue & requisition

· Responsible for recording incoming goods, Work In Progress (WIP) items, finished goods, and rejected goods.

· Able to operate hand truck or forklift to move, convey and receive goods to storage or work areas.

· Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.

·      Arrange materials properly according to location code numbers and appropriate categories, and label each material category.

· Check stock request forms to ensure information is complete and accurate. If there are no issues, release the materials. If there are errors or discrepancies, return the request form for correction.

· Pack and wrap the finished good for delivery

·     After all transactions are completed, check and verify stock balances at the end of each working day and record them.

·      Collect jumbo bags of waste from each department (if full) and place them at the designated area in front of the factory (canteen area). You may contact Raymond to assist with this matter.

·     In addition to the above, any other duties given by the superior or management.
