Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling customer quote request
  • Work with approved agents to identify best costings
  • Handling agents quote request
  • Work with approved local vendors to identify best costings
  • Prepare and provide sales reports
  • Tracking and coordinating sales leads, monitoring progress and providing updates
  • Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team

Job Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Strong customer service skills are needed to handle inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain accurate records is crucial
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to analyze situations, identify solutions and resolve customer issues is important
  • A basic understanding of sales principles and freight forwarding will be helpful
