MAIN SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for receiving all goods which we buy to the Hotel in good quality.

  • Prepare equipment, like: computer, scales, containers, sanitation and other tools, which, should be available and in good condition.
  • Collect data from Purchasing or print it out / see the data of all merchandise from the system which will be received.
  • Receive the goods based on Purchase Order or Market List.
  • Enter all supporting invoices to the system.
  • Print out summary of GRN (Good Received Note) and submit them to Executive Chef, Store, Cost Control and Purchasing.
  • Send all GRN to Store and Cost Control for approval.
  • List all outstanding items (which is not delivered by suppliers) in daily basis.
  • Carry out monthly inventories with Controlling.
  • Working 5 days (Office hour 9am - 6pm)

Requirement :

  • At least min SPM and equivalents.
  • Fresh grands are encourage to apply.
  • Male will be prioritized.
  • Knowledge in PC application.
  • Willing to work at Nusajaya Iskandar Puteri.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
