Executive - AR Cash Application (Fresh Graduate)

  1. Payment Processing & Reconciliation

  2. Identify, validate, and reconcile incoming payments from various banking systems.

  3. Assign payments to open invoices and manage debit balances accurately.

  4. Compliance & Standards

  5. Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and accounting standards (IFRS & local GAAP).

  6. Follow established procedures and guidelines precisely and timely.

  7. Exception & Difference Handling

  8. Identify and post payment differences correctly.

  9. Manage exceptions in the Order to Cash process.

  10. Collaboration & Communication

  11. Work closely with the collections team to resolve underpayments and reconcile customer accounts.

  12. Support cross-functional workshops, training, and projects.

  13. Analysis & Optimization

  14. Regularly analyze unassigned payments and monitor touchless posting rates.

  15. Suggest and implement process improvements and assist in documentation and training material creation.

  16. Closing & Audit Support

  17. Participate in period-end closing activities and support auditors during Hardclose and Fiscal Year End.

  18. Check pre-payments and collaterals as part of closing processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Good collaboration skills with external customers and cross-functional teams, including coordination with regional teams.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
