Manage and support DXC/CSC application platforms within the Life Insurance domain or the Integral Group domain.Develop and maintain programs using COBOL and COBOL SQL.Analyze user requirements and deliver effective business solutions.Manage and support processes across all life insurance modules, including New Business, Claims, and Policy Administration.Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications.Oversee and manage system integrations related to core applications.Engage technical vendors and business users to ensure quality deliverables.Troubleshoot application issues at Level 2 and coordinate with vendors for Level 3 support.Support night batch processing operations. Assist in launching new products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.8–10 years of relevant workingexperience.Strong troubleshooting skills andknowledge in resolving reported system issues.Ability to independently support newsystems. Proficiency in COBOL, AS400, IBMiSeries, and database skills (SQL/MySQL) is an advantage.Capability to provide additional supportand operate effectively within enterprise applications is an advantage.Experience in providingsupport for core applications built on DXC/CSC platforms.Set directions aligned with companystrategy, applying global perspectives to meet local and global needs.
