Job Title: Warehouse Manager – E-Commerce

Department: Operations / Supply Chain

Location: Jalan Pantai Jelebu, Seremban

Reports To: Head of Operations / Supply Chain Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations of our e-commerce fulfillment center. The role involves managing inventory, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and leading warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and process flows.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.

2. Inventory Management

  • Manage stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Monitor product movement, shrinkage, and damages to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement and merchandising teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Implement barcode / WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking.

3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Liaise with courier and logistics partners for timely delivery and reverse logistics.
  • Monitor order turnaround time, dispatch accuracy, and delivery performance metrics.

4. Team Management

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule workforce for peak and off-peak periods.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Develop KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, cost per order).
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 4–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (preferably in e-commerce or retail fulfillment).
  • Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP platforms.
  • Strong background in order fulfillment, last-mile logistics, and returns management.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and warehouse software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, lean warehousing, and process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
