Location: Luna Luna, Setia City Mall

Reports To: Team Leader, Supervisor & Manager

Role Overview:-

As a Crew Member at Luna Luna, you'll be part of a passionate team delivering quality food and beverage experiences to our customers.

You'll learn the menu, provide friendly service, and handle day-to-day operations across different stations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Operate stations such as Grill, Fry, Beverage, Cashier, Prep, and Front Area.
  • Provide polite and professional customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • Follow company SOPs and management instructions.
  • Report any issues or customer feedback to management.
  • Be ready to assist in other duties as required.

Requirements:-

  • Positive attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
  • Good communication in Malay & English.
  • Experience in F&B is an advantage.
  • Potential candidates may be considered for higher roles.
