As a Food and Beverage Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Greeting guests and assisting them with seating arrangements

-Presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)

-Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately

-Recommending food and beverages based on guest preferences

-Upselling additional products when appropriate

-Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to their needs in a courteous and timely manner
