Management Trainee
to join our Marketing department and help us grow our innovative mobile apps.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of mobile app marketing and contribute directly to the success of our SuperApp.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    You'll create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our mobile apps, working closely with the SuperApp team to align your plans with overall company goals.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO):
    You'll conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize our app listings on various app stores. Staying on top of the latest industry trends and algorithm changes will be key to boosting our app visibility.
  • Content Creation:
    You'll generate compelling content for app descriptions, promotional materials, and social media. If you have an eye for creating visually appealing graphics and promotional assets, that's a big plus
  • Social Media Management:
    You'll create engaging campaigns on social media to increase app downloads and user engagement.
  • User Acquisition and Retention:
    You'll develop and execute campaigns to drive downloads and implement strategies to improve user satisfaction and retention.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    You'll analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management, turning data into actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in mobile app marketing with a successful track record of driving downloads and user engagement.
  • Languages:
    Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese.
  • Skills:Creative Thinking:
    The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that help our apps stand out.
  • Data Analytics:
    Proficiency in using analytics tools to track user behavior, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
  • Content Creation:
    Strong writing and content creation skills to craft compelling descriptions and promotional materials.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage our target audience.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    A strong ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Location:
    This position is based in i-City, Shah Alam.
