Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Shah Alam. As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in a structured training program, gaining exposure to different functional areas of the business. Responsibilities include assisting in operational and strategic projects, analyzing business processes, contributing to innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The role prepares candidates for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business process improvements and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and take on diverse roles within a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of technology or experience in a technology-driven environment is an added advantage
  • A positive attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach to challenges
