Responsibilities:

  • Be a Financial Guru: Engage in insightful conversations to understand clients' financial dreams and deliver personalized advice that truly makes a difference.
  • Build Lasting Bonds: Become the go-to financial partner for your clients by offering timely insights on market trends and global investment opportunities.
  • Drive Financial Success: Champion a wide range of banking solutions—including bancassurance, investment products and loans —to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Craft Tailored Strategies: Design bespoke wealth management plans that cater to the unique needs of your clients.
  • Be a Team Dynamo: Energize your branch through active participation in team initiatives and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of sales experience in banking-related wealth management roles (Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions).
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven.
  • Keen interest in a sales-fronting role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Certificates from FIMM, MII, and IBFIM, IPPC.
