Job Description:

  • Identify and document key features and functionalities across various digital channels.
  • Perform data analysis to generate insights and support strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Service Scope, Operations, and Workflow (SSOW) documentation.
  • Research and evaluate analytical tools for potential implementation and integration.
  • Create and apply data visualization methods to effectively present complex data.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Possess a good personality, be people-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the field
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
