About the Role

The
Data & Insights Intern
helps our teams make smarter, faster, data-informed decisions. You'll work with dashboards, funnel metrics, and reports to uncover how our customers learn, engage, and grow with Academy of AI.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
analyzing patterns, spotting trends, and turning numbers into stories that guide strategy
.

What You'll Do

Data Tracking & Reporting

  1. Collect, clean, and organize data across customer touchpoints, events, and programs.
  2. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
  3. Support weekly tracking of key metrics (conversion, retention, satisfaction).

Insights & Optimization

  1. Identify patterns and anomalies in customer data to support decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with program and marketing teams to interpret data insights into action steps.
  3. Experiment with basic analytics tools or automation scripts to improve reporting efficiency.

Systems & Tools Mastery

  1. Learn and work with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and visualization tools (Sheets, Notion, Looker Studio, etc.).
  2. Document and streamline data collection workflows.

Who You Are

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Loves working with numbers and solving problems logically.
  • Familiar with spreadsheets and eager to learn dashboarding or analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in how you handle information.
  • Curious about how data drives decision-making in a real business context.
