Job Description1. CRM Services & Solutions Exploration

  • Research and explore opportunities to enhance and expand CRM (Customer Relationship Management) services and solutions.
  • Community management services
  • Loyalty programs and solutions
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Gain exposure to the CRM ecosystem, including services, solutions, and data analysis across various media channels.
  • Contribute ideas and propose effective CRM strategies and solutions to improve customer engagement and brand loyalty.

2. CRM Project Management

  • Assist in managing CRM projects and provide support throughout different project stages.
  • Help in preparing pre-audit reports and conducting proposal-related research.
  • Participate in developing project proposals and presentations for client pitching sessions.
  • Learn the end-to-end process of CRM project management, including contest management, loyalty programs, and membership initiatives.
  • Support community management activities such as engagement, activation, lead generation, and brand management.
  • Prepare social media analytical reports covering competitor, product, and brand listening insights.
  • Contribute to customer service initiatives through message replies, inbound/outbound calls, chatbot training, and support.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Passionate about marketing and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and people-friendly.
  • Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
