Job Description

  • Research and analyze market trends and data to support ongoing campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing promotions and advertising activities.
  • Support the research, selection, and communication process with digital creators and influencers.
  • Help manage influencer and partnership campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook.
  • Contribute to content creation in various formats — including video, graphics, writing, and audio — to strengthen brand storytelling.
  • Assist in planning and brainstorming ideas for short video shoots.
  • Monitor campaign and influencer performance, prepare reports, and gather actionable insights.
  • Conduct research on marketing tools, E-commerce trends, CRM systems, and digital solutions to support team growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Passionate about marketing, social media, and influencer culture.
  • Active user of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — either as a creator or an engaged follower.
  • Creative, curious, and always up to date with the latest online trends.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and good with people.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
