IDCP Systems is a fast-growing Malaysian technology company specializing in ERP systems, POS systems, and cloud solutions designed for retailers and distributors. We are looking for a creative, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and execute digital and social media strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and engagement. You will oversee the company's digital presence across our website, blog, social media platforms, and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Online (60%):

  • Create in creating engaging content (text, graphics, short videos) across multiple major social media platforms to boost follower growth, engagement, and online visibility.
  • Assist in optimizing website content and landing pages to improve SEO, SEM performance, and lead generation results.
  • Participate as on-screen talent or coordinate in-house talents for video content production.
  • Edit short-form videos and images using basic editing tools or collaborate with the in-house creative design team to enhance visual communication and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Offline (40%):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies, promotional plans, and pricing models to drive market engagement and revenue growth.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, sales decks, corporate profiles, and product sheets.
  • Coordinate events, trade fairs, customer visits, and internal activities.
  • Collect and analyze market trends and customer insights.
  • Perform other marketing tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the B2B software industry is preferred.
  • Good understanding of ERP, POS systems, and trends in the retail or distribution sectors.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
  • Creative, proactive, and confident to appear on camera when needed.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and online community engagement.
