Responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing marketing initiatives to strengthen our market presence. You will be the key link between our company and customers, ensuring both sales success and customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve overall sales targets.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and proposals to corporate clients.
  • Proactively identify new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on complaints efficiently.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term partnerships.

Market & Marketing Development

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Represent the company at networking sessions, industry events, and exhibitions.
  • Support digital and traditional marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness.

Operations & Support

  • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure projects comply with authority requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee timely billing in line with project progress to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
