Puchong New Village, Malaysia Haverse Holding Sdn. Bhd. Full time 30,000 - 60,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and execute daily sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales professionally and efficiently.
  • To execute all sales, marketing & promotional strategies to achieve the sales target.
  • To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.
  • To check and prepare all media, advertisement, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to launching.
  • Participate in roadshows, property expos, marketing events, and other promotional activities.
  • To brainstorm new & creative growth strategies with the team to develop an effective digital marketing.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
  • Leasing/ Commercial experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Those with 1-2 years experience (preferably in real estate or property) would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Self motivated, pleasant personalities, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
