Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support company objectives.

· Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

· Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.

  1. Social Media Management

· Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Increase audience engagement and follower growth through creative campaigns and interactions.

· Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply best practices.

  1. Content Creation & Branding

· Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copywriting.

· Develop marketing content for social media, website, and email campaigns.

· Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and identity.

  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

· Analyze digital marketing data (website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement).

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

· Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

  1. SEO & Website Management

· Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.

· Collaborate with the web team to ensure the website is optimized and updated regularly.

  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

· Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors' online activities.

· Suggest improvements or new strategies based on data insights.

  1. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

· Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to align marketing goals.

· Continuously improve marketing strategies through creativity and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

· Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM).

· Proficient in social media management and content planning.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Creative, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Suite, Google Analytics).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
