OFFNIC Coffee is looking for Intern, Marketing
to support our specialty coffee brand through digital content creation, social media management, and café marketing initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Assist with creating and scheduling daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook showcasing our artisanal coffee and pastry offerings
  • Help execute monthly marketing campaigns (new drink launches, seasonal promotions, café events)
  • Photograph/video coffee preparations, latte art, and pastry pairings for social media
  • Monitor and engage with our online community (responding to DMs, comments, and tags)
  • Maintain our content calendar and digital asset library (organized by coffee drinks, pastries, café ambiance)
  • Support café operations marketing including menu updates and in-store promotions
  • Research trending coffee aesthetics, drink trends, and competitor strategies
  • Suggest creative ways to grow our online presence and customer engagement

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality program
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) Chinese is a plus.
  • Active social media user with understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithms
  • Basic photography/video skills (smartphone quality acceptable)
  • Passion for coffee culture and café aesthetics
  • Creative thinker who can work in a team
