The Role
The Production Operator is responsible for performing day-to-day manufacturing activities, including operating machines, assembling components, and ensuring product quality according to company standards. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth production flow and meeting delivery timelines to support overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will attentive to detail, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely production and continuous support of manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- To manufacturer all the manufacturing processes such as semi-mount assembly, molding and printing, manual assemble, soldering, and touch-up, visual inspection, testing and box build in achieving high quality, meeting target, efficiency and on time delivery.
- Work according to work instruction sheet
- Work according to Quality IPC standard
- Achieve standard time on the work instruction sheet to meet target, and achieve efficiency
- Record test result and tested quantity
- Record daily output
- On time delivery
- Maintain housekeeping at all times
