The Role
The Production Supervisor, is responsible to lead a production team to meet Production KPI.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
- Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Perform verification of production output according to specifications
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to superior
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
- Need to control SFC aging.
- Need to control well for scrap rate
Skills & Experience
- Preferably diploma in Manufacturing Management
- Preferably 4 years experiences in electronics field
- Must possess strong leadership skills & ability to communicate effectively with support groups & other departments
- Must have at least 1 year computer knowledge
