Job Responsibilities

  • Provide TCM services including patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription of herbal medicine or therapies
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on TCM principles such as acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, tuina, and herbal remedies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary
  • Offer health advice and preventive care in line with TCM philosophy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and case notes
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support holistic patient care
  • Educate patients on lifestyle and dietary adjustments to enhance treatment outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine or a related field
  • Relevant certification and valid TCM practitioner license (subject to local regulatory requirements)
  • Good communication skills with a patient, caring, and compassionate attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in helping patients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Respect for teamwork and shared clinic goals
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must possess own transport

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 4, 000 (depending on experiences)
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Wednesday off)
  • EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
