Business Support Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and working with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Business Support Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members or management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Operational Support:
Coordinate and streamline workflows and processes across departments.
Monitor and manage resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in handling procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
Customer/Client Assistance:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer or client inquiries.
Provide timely resolutions to issues, escalating when necessary.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Data Management:
Compile and analyze data to create actionable insights for business strategies.
Maintain accurate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Project Coordination:
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects.
Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a communication bridge between teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective dissemination of information and updates.
Problem-Solving & Initiative:
Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.
Proactively handle unexpected challenges to minimize disruptions.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Business Administration, Event Management / Business Development, or related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal communication skill with excellent presentation skills.
- Independent, self-motivated with good initiative and creative with strong multi-tasking skill
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability are good pre-requisites.
- Frequent travelling is required.
