5 Days Work Week (Mon–Fri, Fixed Hours)

Salary Range:
  • Fresh – 2 years experience: RM 3,000 + RM 200 transport allowance
  • 3 – 5 years experience: RM 3,200 + RM 200 transport allowance

Position Summary

We are expanding our production team and seeking dedicated Process Operators to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes in line with operational standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment and instruments safely with minimal supervision (e.g., milling machines, blenders, shakers, grinders, PLC, dryers, pumps, forklifts, vacuum lifters).
  • Follow all safety and quality protocols, including PPE requirements.
  • Perform raw material compounding and packing of finished goods according to GMP, SOP, and control points.
  • Complete production batches according to the planned schedule.
  • Stop operations and report immediately if abnormalities occur.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
  • Support supervisors in additional production tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Authorized to act within job scope to deliver expected job outcomes.

Performance Measurements
  • Zero failed batches
  • Zero justified customer complaints (A, B & C customers)
  • Zero lost-time safety incidents

Requirements
  • Minimum High School education with at least 3 years of working experience

    (Diploma in Engineering/Sciences is a plus)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
  • Able to understand written procedures and instructions
  • Physically able to lift up to 25kg and push/pull up to 50kg
  • Forklift license required for operators handling forklifts
  • Good working attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
