TECHNICIAN (Electrical and M&E)

SPECIALIZATION : Pump Servicing

Job Description

  • Responsible to assist Head of Department to ensure all repair and service jobs are completed in timely manner according to department standard of procedure.
  • Site inspection, troubleshoot and provide resolution for customer pumps problem.
  • Ensure all reports and records are updated after completion of work.
  • Responsible for material planning for service department when necessary.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Pump overhaul job.
  • Carry out maintenance checklist, preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Fabrication job.
  • To carry out any other duties & ad-hoc assignments as when needed.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Basic electrical / mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting will be added advantage.
  • Familiar with mechanical tools, i.e. welding equipment.
  • Hardworking, reliable and positive working attitude.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation when necessary.
  • Possess valid driving licence.
  • 5 working days.
  • Work Location : Johor Bahru (2 positions) / Butterworth (1 position)
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
