Job description:

  • Handle HR matters for site-based operational staff, including recruitment, leave, and resignation submissions to HQ-Human Resource Department.
  • Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Support the manager with on-site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to HQ-Human Resource Department..
  • Record and verify on-site manpower data against designations.
  • Record and manage documents including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.
  • Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.

Job requirements:

  • Candidates should possess Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support role.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Possess an assertive nature and a strong personality, with good communication skills
  • Applicants must be able to work in Sedenak, Kulai, Johor
  • Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (8 AM-430 PM)

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
