About the Role

We are looking for someone reliable and organised to help with daily e-commerce packing and basic marketing preparation. This role supports our online orders, giveaways, sample kits, and event materials.

What You Will Do

  • Pack and prepare online orders accurately and on time.
  • Prepare marketing items: giveaways, sample packs, gift sets, event materials.
  • Help with stock checks for products, packing materials, and samples.
  • Organise and label items in the storeroom/packing area.
  • Assist with event preparation and logistics when needed.
  • Keep the packing and marketing area neat and organised.
  • Do simple data entry (Google Sheets/Excel).

What We're Looking For

  • Responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Good at organising and multitasking.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Able to do physical tasks such as packing, lifting boxes, and standing for periods.
  • Can work independently and follow instructions.
