JOB SUMMARY

The Account & Finance Executive is responsible for assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily accounting operations. This role offers hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
as on-the-job training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accounting & bookeping:

  2. Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the system (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash, etc.).

  3. Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents and invoices.
  4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

  • Oversee the full AR function, including billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, as well as efficient collections of receivables.
  • Monitor AR aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth transactions and collections.

3. Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

4. Audit & Compliance:

  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Support the preparation of tax-related documents (SST, corporate tax, etc.) in coordination with the tax agent.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially for financial modelling and data analysis as well as MYOB system.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, ability to work independently, able to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
