Our esteemed client, an established MNC in the F&B Industry, is searching for Management Associate (F&B/Work in Singapore):
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-ground services including guest servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering, and other restaurant operations.
- Participate in training programs for non-supervisory roles to gain hands-on experience and understand operational functions.
- Undergo supervisory training to develop leadership skills and manage both operations and staff effectively.
- Complete all required trainings to perform independently, with a clear progression path up to Assistant Manager within the targeted timeline.
- Carry out duties in alignment with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Positive work attitude with enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a team.
- Customer-focused, professional, and committed to upholding high service standards.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to S$4,000 + VB
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Working Hours Depending on Outlets
