Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Management Associate to support the planning and execution of Satu Creative's programs, workshops, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our mission of creating real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of programs and projects across various departments
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth project flow
  • Support stakeholder management and communications with partners, vendors, and collaborators
  • Prepare documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and post-project reports
  • Identify risks and assist in problem-solving to ensure project objectives are met
  • Collaborate with teams to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and impact delivery
  • Support logistics and operational needs during program implementation (virtual or on-site)

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude and willingness to adapt
  • Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Airtable
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
