JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Associate to support the effective coordination and execution of projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in site coordination and project administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting Duties

  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
  • Propose practical solutions to mitigate identified risks and issues.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables and milestone to ensure on-time completion.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly or monthly project status report as required.

Coordination

  • Liaise with clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams to support smooth and timely projects delivery.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.

General Support

  • Provide support for ad-hoc assignments and assist with urgent issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering or any other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a site coordination, project administration, or project support roles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
