We are looking for a proactive and motivated Executive Associate to support our management team in daily operations, coordination, and strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals who aspire to gain first-hand exposure to business management and develop a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

As an Executive Associate, you will work directly with senior leaders across departments, supporting decision-making processes and contributing to projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
  • Support project execution, follow up on deliverables, and ensure progress tracking.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in research, data compilation, and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and process improvement projects.

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business support, operations, or administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
