We're Hiring Studio Experience Associate @ The Flow Studio

Are you passionate about wellness, people, and creating beautiful experiences?

We're looking for a Full-Time Studio Experience Associate to join our team at one of our six stunning studios

What You'll Do:

– Be the friendly face at the front desk — greeting clients, checking them in, and assisting with class or membership enquiries.

– Keep our Yoga and Pilates studios immaculate — including vacuuming, mopping, ensuring washrooms are clean and hygienic, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the day.

– Handle client emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally.

– Support private class and membership sales — follow up with clients and share your knowledge of our programs.

– Manage inventory, studio maintenance, and ensure smooth daily operations.

– Deliver excellent customer service that keeps our community happy and coming back.

Who You Are:

– Friendly, proactive, and responsible with strong attention to detail.

– Hands-on and not afraid of daily cleaning duties — you take pride in keeping the studio spotless.

– Great communicator and team player with good organisational skills.

– Able to work 6 days a week (1 off day), during class hours (morning & evening shifts).

– Able to commit to fixed working hours and a minimum 6-month contract.

– Based primarily at one studio, but flexible to assist at other locations when needed.

Compensation: From RM10/hour | Up to 45 hours per week | Full-time/Part-time positions available.
