Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general woodwork.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure facilities remain in good condition.
- Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold safety standards to create a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
Job Requirement:
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
